ダコタ・アクセス・パイプライン工事に、みずほ、三井住友、三菱東京UFJの３社は１７０４億円を融資している。この工事はアメリカ先住民の聖地に危害を与える可能性がある。先住民のおかれた状況に共鳴したアイヌ民族である島田あけみをはじめとする有志市民が融資反対の署名を集め提出した。

Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, and Sumitomo Mitsui, urging divestment from the Dakota Access Pipeline, a multi-billion dollar protect that threatens the Standing Rock Sioux Nation's only source of
drinking water, Lake Oahe in North Dakota USA.
